31 Jul Inchora acquires MyHomePassport
Inchora, a trusted provider of home, financial services and health solutions, has today announced its acquisition of MyHomePassport, an innovative personalised referencing provider. This deal further expands the range of products and services offered to letting agents, landlords and tenants, by Inchora’s Tenant Shop brand.
Inchora is always looking to bring new solutions to its customers and MyHomePassport offers a proposition that will save letting agents and tenants time and money. The team will be based in London and work is already underway to integrate and enhance the MyHomePassport offering, to sit alongside Tenant Shop’s existing product portfolio, comprising media packages, energy switching, insurance and void space solutions.
Steve Whatley, Chief Executive Officer, Inchora stated:
As the market shifts towards the delivery of more personalised services for tenants, landlords and agents, I am confident MyHomePassport will add significant value to our portfolio. It represents a new product opportunity for our business, that is both relevant to our customers and timely in a market that is rapidly adapting to the recent Tenant Fee Ban regulation.
Chris Ford, Founder of MyHomePassport commented:
I am delighted to join Inchora and work alongside the Tenant Shop team. This presents a great opportunity to bring our products to a wider market and will be of benefit to letting agents, landlords and tenants, providing a wider choice of referencing products for the market.
With Inchora’s overarching focus on creating and delivering best-in-class, relevant products and services for tenants and homeowners, MyHomePassport is another step towards realising Inchora’s growth ambitions.
